Bookings

Appointments are arranged and confirmed on WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied with an agreed date, time, and location.

Prices and travel

Prices are confirmed before your appointment. There are no hidden fees within our standard service area. Locations outside that area may require an additional travel fee, which we always agree with you in advance.

Suitability

Cosmetic teeth whitening is not suitable for everyone. We ask a short set of questions about your dental health before confirming, and we may decline or postpone a session where that is the sensible course of action. Our service is cosmetic and is not dental treatment or medical advice.

Results

Results vary between individuals depending on natural tooth shade, staining, dental history, and restorations. We do not guarantee a specific shade or outcome.

Cancellation and access

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Because our technician travels to you, we ask that someone is present at the agreed address at the agreed time and that there is a comfortable place to sit and a power socket nearby where possible.

Photographs

Before-and-after photographs are taken as part of the session. They are only published with your explicit consent.
